Ok so this is a little one minute improv of me. I know it's not great but tell me some ideas to help me out. I'm really starting to work on incorporating the ideas from this site into my stuff since normally all I do is try to create cool rythms and not cool solos. So here we go... oh yeah and i'll try to upload every now and then so you can see improvements.

Bluesman!!!!

You got some runs in there that you play pretty fast, I mean the three note repeat and the vertical pentatonic run of the scale. And in time that will go even faster.

Oh, and if you keep all your improv mp3's in the same thread it will be easier to find and to compare with your previous ones.

The playing is actually very good. The only problem I can see in there is that you're hitting other strings far too much, also you should partially mute the strings when alternate picking to avoid the excessive noise and it should be grand after that.

I would advise you to play / record with a backing track. See how it sounds keeping in time and in tune with a track...I bet it makes an improvement.
