yes! I enjoy those type of bands... ADTR has really good songs and melodies. I was wondering about other bands doing this style in Europe, since this style is mostly from USA.

Speaking of French bands - there were these guys called Tripod from France, can't find their music unfortunately on YT but they were awesome live!! They came in Romania 5-6 years ago!

These french guys sound really great...though I would have said they are a punk, maybe skatepunk band.
After doing a bit of research the borders between skatepunk and melodic hardcore seem to be fluent. Many well-known german punk bands were more hardcore in their early days than they are now. You might wanna check early records from the Beatsteaks and ZSK. These two german bands also sing in english (ZSK always switched between english and german).
