For those of you who celebrate Christmas, and for those of you that don't ... we want to get into the spirit by electing another lucky GMC member as a:
Most Valued Contributer
Remember that as an MVC you get a special Forum badge, and free GMC membership as long as you remain active in the forums! We have been a little distracted by the site upgrade of late, and hopefully we will be running the MVC vote a little more often in the coming year.
So without further ado, lets get voting and pick a new MVC. As usual, let us know your reasons for your picks, and may the best member win!

I voted for Staffay, since I expect Zakk will win this time and I think Staffay should at least give him a run for it 
And because he's documented a lot of interesting recording, mixing etc stuff here on the forums.

He's around a lot, documenting gear and and other interesting bits and pieces.

Not a problem since it cancels out unless anyone is Magnanimous enough to vote for a competitor ...

I think it is quite obvious who will win!
its about time Zakk gets some power.
may i suggest as your first royal reuqest, you invite everyone into the MVC lounge for juice boxes and snacks ?

I think it's fine to vote for yourself or anybody you want... Can you imagine President Obama didn't vote for himself in the last election?
Besides it's in good fun and my only complaint is that i only get one vote since there are 2 that i would give, 1 for Zakk, and one for Staffy... you both have been very active and helpful...
So I think the two of you should go out and celebrate Zakk's birthday tonight, ...on me!!$$$!!

C'mon guy's, give Zakk the extra votes! He has been a member since -07 and contributed far more than I have... There is more MVC competetions coming up, but I really want Zakk to have this one, and btw. I already have a 1 -year subscription....

i vote that we make both staffy and zakk MVC
both their contributions are unmatched,
and since this is soo close (tied at 19-19) i dont think too many people will pull their hair out if we made them both MVC

When I posted that you were behind Staffy anyway - think of it as a final chance to pull ahead!
We can only have one winner at a time but we are planning to run these a little more regularly now.

Well, congratulations Staffy! This just shows how incredibly helpfull you have been in the short time you have been on GMC!
Since I will be bridesmaid (AGAIN), is there a chance of becoming a senior?
I have been arround here almost twice as long as Staffy and SensibleJones TOGETHER and looking at being ranked second two times it seems I am quite helpfull in the forum...
