Hey guys,
Anyone know what's up with this company ? I ordered 2 of these in August , paid in full, and have not received them yet. They are not answering my emails or phone messages.

yea I ordered a couple of tips a few weeks back now and nothing, same here, no reply from my email either, fortunatly the order value was very small, but not really the point

I'm not worried about getting my money back, it's just that I love this pick. I am so used to it now, and play much better with it than using regular picks. I only have one , which doesn't light up anymore, but I still use it daily. And I'm afraid of losing it .
