Outside of your basic rig (Guitar + amp) What sort of stuff can you absolutely not do without? Out of all the gear I have, I'd have to say the one thing I cannot do without, and I'd never play live without is my KFK EQ pedal. That thing is by and far the best, most brutal EQ pedal I've ever owned.

It's a bar attached to bridge and cool tool to provide "whammy" effects,
you might call it tremolo bar as well,depends of bridge.

Whammy bar is the metal peice you see attached to the bridge of some guitars that you press and creates a sort of 'wah' or distortion in the sound.

Whammy bar= tremelo arm on the guitar, the arm that screws into the bridge of the guitar so you can do tremelo (or whammy smile.gif) effects
