Hi All,

Let's share bookmarks we found that could help improving guitar skills or could make learning easier.

Links I found that I use and could be helpfull to you.

1) http://www.guitarbackingtrack.com/ <---- Here I can find backingtracks from popular songs
2) http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Best/do...-guitar_R2.html <--- All kinds of fun guitar features here
3) http://chordfind.com/ <---- A quick way to find chords
4) http://www.guitaretab.com/ <---- you can find some tabs here
5) http://www.shredneck.com/ <---- practice tool
6) http://www.tabguitarlessons.com/downloadfr...etpro-setup.exe <---- software to help you learn chords
7) http://www.thegripmaster.co.uk/ <---- This is a awesome way to increase strenght in your fingers and hand. My finger strenght has improved a great deal in two weeks.

Please do not post links to competitive sites of GMC. incase in doubt ask Kris Dahl for permission. wink.gif
Please keep your bookmarks guitar/music related.

Be free to also post links to GMC lessons or links that you found incredibly usefull.
I am interested in anything that could help me or other students improve

Thanks for your help

P.S I will keep adding new links myself

deleted, i misunderstood, thought you meant GMC bookmarks.

I only look at GMC. I might watch a video of guitarists, but as far as instruction, I don't think anyone out there is going to add anything significant over what I find here, so I don't bother.

all the horizons I want or need are right here. i see this a lot on this site, people really get distracted over so much stuff, the best device, the best pickup, the best guitar, the best whatever.

if you want to get get good, you just work on the lessons. nothing else. and worry about all that stuff after you are as accomplished as the teachers. that is, if you want to get good as fast as possible. and everything you need is here. If Gabriel and Muris and Pavel and David and Kris etc. did not tell you it, you don't need to know it.

I have a gripmaster btw. i consider it useless. less than useless, it might be damaging. I wound stick to exercises on the fretboard.

I am not sure why you keep posting is this thread. It's obvious you got no favourites or bookmarks to add.

Others may find my links usefull, Others may did not know the sites I provided with backing tracks to play with. Others may find the gripmaster very usefull after working with it for a while.
If it is not for you, no problem. Maybe next time.
If you found your walhalla here I am happy for you. MY past has proven to look further then the lenght of my nose.
I take on every small thing, every site I can find, every forum on the net to IMPROVE my guitar playing.
That's the way I do things. Thankfully we are all different human beings and what works for you might not work for me.

What you are doing at the moment is cald thread hijacking dry.gif I am sure this is against forum regulations.
Please stop this argue here and keep this thread bookmark related.

StringBender,
Perhaps you're not aware as you're relatively new to the forums that Andrew is a senior moderator. He is gently trying to advise you on your conduct here without having to do so as a mod and he is also trying to prevent a flamewar from arising. I agree with Andrew btw - your post that Andrew refers to is verging on rude in the general tone of your earlier post rather then the specific content. Moreover your response to Andrew is also verging on the rude and is, in addition, sarcastic.

I'd suggest that you look at the forum posting guidelines.

And for information I am posting this as a moderator's response hence the use of bold and italics.
Tony
