But if you don't have enough money for G-Force you could also try G-Major, not the same thing, few less options but still good.

There are some differences but nothing major tone wise imo,
main difference is price and wattage, at least for me. I had Mesa 2:50 as well but I was kind a geek and so I bought 2:90, it's more power and I never used it above 50% which is not smartest thing with tube amps, then should be played at 80% or som to get the best from them. But it's your call, 2:90 is great, if you really need it, you buy it.

That sounds like a good plan,
get power amp when you really need it, in a meanwhile you'll have lot of fun with Triaxis and G-Force.
