Its funny that you posted this cause I was gonna do a similar thread..... Andy Timmons is amazing, if i can ever play 1 of his songs I will be happy. The interesting thing with this is he covered the entire album of Sgt. Peppers with his 3 piece band.

So he recorded 1 guitar track for each song, so he had to mix the chord progression and the vocal lines in the one track....amazing results....

Couldn't agree more.... I found the YT clip cause I was searching for Andy Timmons....not Beatles....maybe its the same for others too...

Have a look at this clip.... he goes through a full rig run down, showing you how he gets his tone.... He is an amazing player, and his tone IMO is one of the best i ever heard....

Yellow Matter Custard! I first saw this on a Modern Drummer Video I have that a drummer buddy gave to me. Not an instrumental but I thought it was worth sharing since these musicians are pretty popular in the GMC community.
