Hi friends! How are you?

Thanks to the book "Atomic Habits", I've discovered another book called Motivation is a Myth, and I've found this concept really interesting. The idea of seeing Motivation as a results and not as a first force is the key to keep moving. This can definitely be applied to guitar practice. Every time I'm not motivated to practice, I pick up my guitar and after some minutes motivations appears... does this happens to you?

Success is not obtained overnight. It comes in instalments; you get a little bit today, a little bit tomorrow until the whole package is given out. The day you procrastinate, you lose that day's success.

Thanks for the share! Very interesting idea and makes perfect sense. No progress often kills the feeling of being motivated and no practice equals no progress.

Yeah! I think that the key is to start the sooner possible. Even if you think you don't feel like practicing, start saying yourself that you'll only play 5 minutes...
