Muris or any of the instructors,

I am trying to record on a BR1600 home studio. The issue I have is getting a good crisp acoustic sound (electric and acoustic guitars). Have any of you ever heard of studio guitar tuning? If so, what is it? I know you tune one or more strings higher in relevance to the others but I have never tried it. Any information on this topic would be great and any other information to get a cleaner sound while recording.

Thanks,
Jason
