Or you could just go EMG 81-85, Gibson Les Paul, and Marshall with Groove Tubes. But if you can't afford any equipment right now, I would just crank the gain on my amp, max the bass and treble, and stick the mids at about 1 o'clock. Anyway, try to set a good nice trebly hi gain sound and emulate some of his techniques. What amp do you have? Marshall would definitely help for his sound..
