> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hiiii there ! smile.gif I'm afraid You need to make Your guitar solo track a few dB's louder so we could give You full feedback. Now Your solo is hidden under the backing guitars. 0:!6 is not confident enought - something wrong with the picking hand. I think You could play this whole thing a bit harder smile.gif Also the are some timming missing with the guitar that playes doubled track with the solo. Also check the link below the video - You gave a link to the classic punk lesson not to the same lesson You show here smile.gif Try to redo the take and post one more cause it seems like You're very close to how this can be done smile.gif Cheers!

Hey mate - aside from Darius' observations, I think you could try and focus on getting more flow on the rhythm part - it's a bit rigid, but that can be solved once you practice while trying to feel the groove. Looking forward to an improved take and we are ready to help!

Hi mate! Great to see you redoing this lesson! I think that there are some improvements compared to the previous take. Keep on working concentrating on timing and record another take following Darius mix corrections!
