Kiko Loureiro has always been one of my favourite guitarists, and I just found out he released a new album this year; Full Blast. I just put it on and it's awesome. I did expect a lot of him, and he certaintly didn't let me down. Now, ok, I have just heard the first song yet, but it's awesome.

It seems to be a lot more like No Gravity than Universo Inverso, but there is still a bit of fusion in it as always I really love this exotic playing

Has anyone else heard it? What do you think?

Awesome player. I need to check that album. I met him at school in London. The same drummer played on both his and mine albums. I used to like ANGRA more than anything when they released their first couple of albums. That band is nothing else but great.

He has such impecabble technique, And his sense of melody is brilliant. It's the only album from him I dont have, I need to get it quick I think.

Nice data, I didn't know that he released a new album!

I liked a lot No Gravity but Universo Inverso is even cooler

I think Kiko Loureiro is the best player right now. His diversity when playing makes him a great guitarist that only a few could get. His solo Albums are just amazing, and this new one, seemed a fusion of the two albums to me. It has great riffs but it also has the fusion touch that's great too. And I'll see him live playing his solo songs soon!!. On June 6th, he'll be playing here in Buenos Aires in a Theater. It will be awesome.
