Hello Muris!

You have probably been asked this question before, but I just have to know how you are holding the pick in alternate picking. This problem have bothered me for a long time because I can't decide which way to use. I know there are many ways to it but I would very much like to know your opinion. Angle?, What part of the pick are your fingers on (more up or down on the pick)? and so on. A detailed answer would be too kind smile.gif.

Thank you in advance , Jocke

Hey!

I've always wanted to learn how to play the intro (the delay part) to Welcome to the Jungle. The only problem is that I don't know what delay settings to use. If someone knows , please tell me

thanks Jocke

Hey Muris!

I think that you have the absolutely best style lessons on GMC and I especially love your Eddie van Halen lesson and your Mark Knopfler lesson. Now I would have a little wish biggrin.gif, I think It would be superfantastic if you would have time to make a Richie Sambora style lesson. In my opinion he is one of the greatest guitarists ever and he uses a lot of effects and he is very multifaceted. (Especially great it would be if the lesson would contain some "talkbox" techniques, because there aren't any talk-box lessons on GMC and "talk-box" is a kind of he's trademark because no one else uses that.)

If you don't have the time or the will to do it I'll understand. This is just a proporsal.
Me and many others would surely be very thankful for a lesson like this.
I thought that it would be a good idea to ask you first because you make the best lessons:D

PS. I would be very interested to know which guitar strings you use and how thick strings you use.
Thank you! biggrin.gif

hello Kris

I just wanted to know how thick guitarstrings do you use. I read somwhere that Gabriel uses 009-strings and I thought before that 009 should be very thin strings for a proffessional guitar player like him. So I'm just curious to know what strings do you recommend.
