Ive seen that clip before . What a badass move
hahah that was awesome Also he must have "stay in tune" strings to be able to continue playing after that hit
Poor fellow, to be hit by a guitar is not going to be soft
Haha, wonderful.
Hehe, great move
Cool, thanks for sharing
Nice move from Keith, thanks for sharing
I wonder if he learned that move at "Muris Ninja camp"???
Haha!
Keith is so.. "entertaining". lol
Just a thought...
Here we all are agreeing that it was OK for Keith to do this and how 'Cool' it was....
So, why was it so wrong when Sid Vicious did it in Texas????
Location: Randy's Rodeo, San Antonio, Texas.
Date: January 8, 1978.
Incident: The Sex Pistols face off against an increasingly hostile audience. Sid Vicious responds to getting hit in the face with a beer can by cracking his bass over the fan's head.
Read Randy's Rodeo's extensive account of the incident, with more photos like this excellent one at left.
Verdict: Sure, manager Malcolm McClaren later admitted that he purposely booked honky-tonk bars in the Deep South to provoke a headline-grabbing incident. Despite his worst intentions, the crowd at Randy's Rodeo was more head-banger then cow-tipper. With that said, any crowd that gets the piss taken out of them as viciously as this one did, courtesy of the taunting master Johnny Rotten, is going to get bent out of shape. His coup de grace: After Vicious bashed a concertgoer with his bass, the frontman started chanting "all cowboys are fucking faggots." The Pistols are guilty -- and they love it.
omg "Keef" is nuts!
I read Ronnie Woods book and he saud Keith used to carry a gun on tour with him, he even shot up a guitar that he thought belonged to Ronnie, it was actually micks!!
I don't like seeing people on stage running around, and also the guitar bashing was a bit crazy as well, but if he had to do it - he had to do it
that was funny, best thing is he just keeps playing like nothing happenned!
