Can Someone Tell Me How To Get Rid Of This Error Message?

I get this message and nothing can happen. I have downloaded the drivers for my graphics cards that are supposed to support PhysX. They aren't PhysX cards, but tech support said they should run PhysX games fine. 3.8 ghz P4 dual core processor 2048 megs ram 2 x EVGA GeForce 8600GTS 512 meg PCI Express cards in SLi Any ideas? Seems like it should be started but its not installed so you get that error.
