Somethings Not Right

I pick the guitar up, and just picking it up makes everything not feel "right". The sound that comes out isnt right or anything. What I hear In my head I play on the guitar exactly and it still doesnt feel right. I could play a simple riff like smoke on the water, or play some Trivium, and nothing feels "right" anymore about my setup.
