As the description says, at certain high speeds, my picking starts to slip and the sound becomes a bit muddier. I know that the way to fix this is to practice slowly and build up, but I don't know exactly what to practice.

Another thing I would like to ask, how would you mute strings at high speeds, or at all? Kris mentions it in one of his One-on-One video lessons, but I know nothing about it. Maybe this can clear up the sound when I'm playing.
