Hey guys,

Started to play around with this nice slow ballad backing from bluesjamtracks.com.
Decided to post the first somewhat serious improvisation on this one. It's not perfect, but I am fairly satisfied with it (currently tongue.gif ).

Any comments would be very much appreciated!

Cheers
Roger

Great feel man. Tone is really cool. Your note choice is also very interesting. Keep up the good work.

nice one mate, some nice passages in there, really liked it. I see you used the bridge pup all the way through, do you not switch between the neck/bridge at all?

Cheers, I decided to use the bridge pup all the way through for this one ... normally I play a lot with the neck pup as well (really awesome pickups on this strat anyways, any position is great).

Great song. You have chosen very interesting, unusual note in your solo. I mean, they are good, original!

You have a really great sense of phrasing (and that's RARE) , but you have to work on your tone: vibrato, bending and how to sound in tune all the time. A lot of potential here!
