Do the sign of the devil \m/ with both hands, give each as much stretch as possible, put your pinkies together and see which hand has the bigger stretch.

Crazy eh? The one that does the least stretching has the biggest stretch, probably because its your favoured hand for most tasks.

The more stretching the better smile.gif My finger yoga stretches are something I do before and after practice. It's a warm up and cool down. I've been able to get my stretch / reach quite a bit better than it started out. It just takes time. Also helps prevent carpal tunnel syndrome. This vid should be familiar!

My picking hand stretches about 3 cm further than my fretting hand with the devil's horn!

Apparently the picking hand usually has the biggest stretch with the devil's horns. Weird.

Over time, if you do your stretches, your left hand will win out. It's natural for the right hand (if your right handed) to have better reach. However, if you focus your stretching on your left hand, which needs the reach more, it will surpass your right. I don't stretch my right nearly as long as it doesn't need the reach, my left hand can make crazy long stretches and still stick the landing.
