Backing Tracks For Tone Optimization |

Many times I recommended here to create tone's by playing through backing tracks. This helps the eq'ing experience while the user is tweaking parameters.
So goal is making personal presets that blend well or will need minimum tweaking when playing/recording over other backing tracks (or collab.s for example...). Problem is every backing track has its own tonal signature (bassy, middy etc. ) which means it matters on what backing track you're using for creating tones as universal as possible. I've been testing this playlist I found on youtube, didn't play over all of them but can say most. The tempos are slow and keys/scales not complicated, more importantly sound is balanced well (considering its youtube playback). Nice backing tracks list and idea mate. I have to say that I've bookmarked this list for my personal practice.
 There are lots of advantages when dedicating some or all our practice to jam over backing tracks. I think that's the way to find our own voice in guitar, which also includes our personal tone. -------------------- My lessons
