heya fellow GMC friends
ive been trying for some time now to record
mic and instrument inputs on line6 toneport UX2 with reaper
but I cant find the options where you can select the lines 1+2 for mic
or 3+4 for instruments
theoretically it should be possible to record line 1+2 and 3+4 on a seperate line each

anybody knows how to set it up correctly so that would work?

best regards
ben

Hya Fellows

Ive finally gotten my Toneport UX2 from Line6
Id like you guys to tell me wich program your using to record.
The Program wich was sent with it doesnt allow to record more than one plugin so i cant record mic and guitar at the same time.

Any suggestions?

I dont have the money to buy me the full program upgrade about 400$ wich will allow me to use more than one plugin.

I'm really getting into recoding my own songs but im absolutely unhappy with the quality due to equipment

im currently using the Boss Me-33 jacked into a Yamaha EMX 88s and the with line out to my pcs line in

sounds horrible

im not happy with my ME-33 and I want to get a new Multieffect for my guitar
my needs are as follows

1. I want to be able to use it with my Marshall Tube amp for gigs
2. I want to be able to record via my pc preferably over USB
3. I want to be able to use it for practise using only headphones without amp or PC in between?

anybody has something good in mind?
my budget is about 200-4oo Dollars wich are about 250 euros at the moment i belive

thanks already for the advice

Best Regards

Hello Guys and Gals

My name is Bernhard Dietrich from northern switzerland
Call me Ben smile.gif

I play guitar since 14 (11 Years)
but mostly just to accopany my singing
I love music and especially singin
I dont know really much about theory of singing but until now it worked well for me
what doesnt work so well is my guitar playing
I can play most songs by just hearing them and looking at the chords
but that goes only for chords not riffs and solos
but then I found this page
and I love it already
Ive never heard of a pentatonic scale here even though i know it as "blues tone ladder"
but now I can learn all the other scales and stuff and thats great

Im 25 Years old.. soon 26 (12. of January) and im currently working as a waiting as a part of the Swiss School for Hotelmanagers in Lucerne.

well
Ive played in 3 Bands so far but all arrangements werent meant to last so now im on my own and trying to boost my guitar skill so it can match my voice tongue.gif

so far...
stay tuned tongue.gif
