Hi there,

Does anyone use wireless headphones when playing guitar? The fact is that I'm living in a university hall and cant use my amp, I was looking for a good - and cheap - pair of wireless headphones with NO delay. I've got this bluetooth Logitech headphones for my ipod but cant use them when playing guitar as it's got about half a second playback delay, It ruins the whole timing... sad.gif(

Any suggestions are appreciated in advance

Cheers,

I have a set of AR headphones I use for watching TV sometime - they are wireless but not bluetooth. They are ok, but you get occasional interference if you move around too much. I use wired phones when practicing at night - annoying but it works out ok as I don;t move around too much.

there will always be a slight delay within wireless headphones and speakers for that matter because the signal has to be switched to RF, sent, and then received by the headphones... also the sound quality is not that great. Stick with a good set of wired headphones... if you get some good studio quality headphones they usually come with a really long coiled cord.

A bit late but whatever.
I just bought the Sennheiser HDR 120 wireless phones.
I have to say this is the best thing ever besides my Hellraiser.
There is no delay, the sound is very decent (surely you can by Sennheisers with better sound but for wireless the sound is great) and no noise. The "bigger" model 130, I found to be noisier. Probably because they autotune the frequency. Stay away from those.
One less cord to tangle my feet and arms in, I can move freely and they works just as good for listening to music anywhere close to my house.
