Interesting coises
 Both british and vintage.If you would first concider a couple of things you possibly could NOT like about these amps it's the lack of an fx loop and a reverb. So all pedals go infront and if you need reverb you have to have a pedal for that, rever or delay works too. The rocker 30 breaths simplicity, no fx loop no reverb and the clean channel only has a volume knob. No EQ. So it's really up to the player to make that channel sound good. The AD30 has the same setup of EQ + volume and gain on both channels and they are not the ordinary clean vs distortion channels but both are the same except for basic tonal differences. Both channels go from clean to dirty and where of one has a bit more gain. If I should recommend one of these it's the AD30, no doubt. The clean on the rocker 30 it with it's lack of an EQ is limited to crave a great player and a great guitar. While the AD also has a rectifier tube for that extra compressed tube sound. I'd even confess that if I stood there with the choise I'd be in doubt... maybe I'd pick the AD30 now that I think about it  But if you ever concider you need an fx loop and reverb you should glance over to the Thunderverb or Rockerverb 50 watt amps. If I were to choose between the two of them I think I'd pick the Thunderverb. It's more vintage and has a built in attenuator. These cost more though. I see you liked the Tiny Terror, I must be the only one who doesn't like the sound of it. I thought it completely lacked botton and was all pinchy and gritty. But everybody else seem to just love it so I suspect something was either bad with the one I tried, or the cab. -------------------- My bands homepage

If you can try them side by side I think that would do it for you. Especially the cleans if that's your main deal here. Crank the rocker 30 clean channel and dial the Ad30 in to right about poweramp distortion and compare them. And to be frank I don't think there's a need to sell in a couple years to get a Rockerverb, if you get the right one for you between the two I suspect you can be happy for a looooooong time :-) -------------------- My bands homepage
