I just made a cream of broccoli and cauliflauer soup with cheddar and mozza! I suck with women but I rock in the kitchen! My second soup and I still have all my fingers! Yay me!!!

Yeah well I had a cream based soup (actually milk and cornstarch using also vegetable water rfom the boiled veggies) and then added the cheese to that and mixed it up good and added more water as was necessary. I surprised myself. And now have about 6 litres of soup to eat. Or it's actually more like 8...
