GMC Forum _ GMC site feedback & suggestions _ No Video

Hi,

I just joined and I don't get any video. Just a black screen. I have a Mac Pro will plenty of memory, storage, processing speed, etc. I can watch all other videos with issue like youtube, etc. No firewall. Any thoughts on how to fix?

Have you installed flash player (required for desktop computers)?
