Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Nico, wow.. this is a really emotive performance !

Great tone and feel. You're definitely improving in this area. Your vibrato is sounding more natural as well, the only real exception being the awkward sounding note like at 0:17. That one was probably a bit sharp, which was what made it stand out... the vibrato motion itself was fine, just got to be careful of bending it and keeping it out of pitch whilst you do vibrato.

Everything else was great, when you switched over to the neck pickup everything become even more epic ! biggrin.gif

Holy donuts! Nico biggrin.gif what did you eat man? You sound awesome! I never even noticed the teeny mistake Ben spoke about at 0.17 (listened twice and it is a bit sharp but not noticeable) anyway GREAT IMPROVEMENT!

Congratulations once again!

Cosmin

Hey man! You did a great job on this one! Your timing, tone and vibrato are really good! I have the feeling that maybe your guitar is a bit out of tune or that you detune a bit some notes because of the vibrato when you are playing. I start to have that sensation at 00:44. Maybe it's just a calibration problem. By the way you did a really good job. Well done!

Sounds very good! Very nice tone!
You improved a lot since I heard you last time! Very very nice!
I think you still can work on your vibrato cause it's out of time and sounds a little too chaotic
Try using a metronome to practice it and you will be brilliant!
