Hey love the lessons man.....I had a quick question on the solo in the Alice in Chains lesson. How long do you usually practice those licks to a metronome before you can get them up to performance speed? I'm also wondering what kinds of practice routine you have with a metronome in general. I appreciate all the help!!!! Well... The hours of practice depends on each guitar player. It could take you 10 days or 10 minutes to improve a lick like this. I use to divide my practice in techniques... like this: Alternate picking, Sweep picking, Legato, Bends + Vibrato or tapping. I you play 2 hours per day you can divide it in 30 minutes for each technique. -------------------- My lessons
