Metronome
It is free computer program I found called Weird Metronome. I use it and it is pretty great for being free, and it saves you about $20. I haven't ran across any virius's or spyware from it so I would try it out if you don't have one, and I hope you have one if you are playing guitar and using it.

i use the one from this site
http://www.metronomeonline.com/ its free and you don't have to download it so no risk for spyware good metronome although it has its limits. |

Its nice being able to use free computer software but sometimes you just need to get away from the damn computer or even your entire house. |
