Hello to everyone here at GMC. My name is Chef Tim,
I am a new member here at GMC
I am a seasond guitarist that just hit a plateau everything sounds the same (boring) I am trying to break myself of the eighties sound I have.
My main area of Interest is Picking, scales, modes, when to use certain scales, etc also picking to get a better flow out of a a scale if that makes sense
I guess I am looking not to sound to choppy, of course sweep picking I know nothing about.
Possibly a regimte that would make me an all around better guitarist.
If there is anyone who might have some direction instead of me picking random lessons
Any help from anyone I would appreciate
Thanks for the great site here at GMC

Welcome to the site mate!
You'll find everything here from flamenco granaina to viking folk metal, from 12 bar blues shuffle jam to the purvi scale. GMC has a great amount of lessons so it'll take time to explore all opportunities. With the advanced search button you may, however, pretty much find everything you need. The lessons are tagged properly so even a more focused search will bring up a lot of lessons that are someway related to the stuff you are looking for.
Welcome man!
