Some of you might know,
I was robbed in December 2006.
custom pedal case including 4 pedals was gone.
I gave up after few weeks actually,
I was 100% that it went out of the country for sale.

And then few weeks ago, right after I came home from
a small mini tour with Emir in London,
a friend of mine left me an email,
saying that he trade some of his gear for a pedal case
which probably could be mine.

I called police, good thing is that I reported a felony
when it occurred so they had a file open.

Finally my friend got back his gear that he trade for my pedal case
and police is doing further investigation.
The guy who had a pedal case wasn't the thief,
he bought it from someone and I'm not sure if police is ever
gonna solve the case 100%, there are just toooo many robberies here nowdays. laugh.gif

But I got my stuff as well, case, MidiMate, Hex, TU-2 and Morley BH!!!!!!! cool.gif

"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato

It is small indeed!

But I was afraid that someone took it out of the country
or that it could be sold in pieces, which would be impossible to track.
But it went all together. wink.gif

I'm very happy for you! Too bad for the person who bought it from the thief. Money lost to the thief and his gear gone too.

That's great that you got your gear back after 2 years, Muris. It's a timely warning to everyone to keep a record of all their equipment: photos, descriptions, serial numbers, details of customisation etc.

That's good to hear Muris!!!
A friend of mine had some of his Gear stolen a while back. He was searching through eBay to replace some of it and came across 2 of his Basses which he'd converted to 8 strings. The guy selling them had bought them in good faith from someone but as soon as my friend identified them as his the seller gave them straight back to him and said that he'd report the person he'd bought them from!!!
