Hi guys,

This is my first attempt ever to write a song. I've been studying theory to know what works and what doesn't and I think there's been progress in my playing.

Now, the song... I think I have the right concept in my mind but haven't been able to put it on actual music. I would greatly appreciate if you guys could give me some feedback, suggestions, or anything that could help me.

Thanks!

I think that the atmosphere is good, and,as you sad the concept is there, recording could be better, but, must important thing is that you haw the idea.Drums or some kind of rhythm section would add to the song a great deal.So let that be your next goal.

Thanks a lot guys!

I tried adding some drums but I just can't seem to make a good track. I think I saw a video here about making one so I'll check it out.

Now, how could I make the recording better?

Thanks again,
Mario

Good song idea smile.gif

What do you use to record? software/hardware
A quick tip for now would be to get some reverb on that harp-sounding sound (is it a harp?) smile.gif That would make it fill out the track more, and give it some life. Not too much though.
