In 1964, when I was born, Top Hit was a Beatles song "I Want to Hold Your Hand " ! My parents were delighted with the song, obviously
Do you know for the hit song of the year you were born ?

Kinda fun! Found the nr.1 song for the exact date I was born (Billboard). Here's mine:

The hit of 1995. The most intresting thing is that the song was released the day before I born.

After watching mine a few times now I can see why I have no natural musical talent what so ever. I think we can all see it really.

Could be worse Kahall - April 1963, the month and year when I was born, Cliff Richard's 'Summer Holiday' was No.1 in the UK. (I was actually born in the Middle East but whatever.) On my 40th a friend gave me a CD copy of the single. I forgave him though because he also gave me a Stereolab CD box set.

Perhaps understandably Cosmin is ignoring the number 1s like Lionel Ritchie's Hello, Macca's Pipes of Peace, Wham's Wake me up before you go go, and Jim Diamond's I should have known better...

I knew about Van Halen's song a long time from now but I searched for two more - three's the magic number but I had no clue about the ones above and I don't see anything wrong with Lionel Ritchie (waiting for Ben's reply )

Lionel Ritchie is ok (and I still like the Commodores),. Arguably Hello is ok as a song but the video is another matter

I'm not familiar with that song. I will look for it.
I picked mine from the exact day I was born but I bet I couldn't do much better using the whole year.
