Original lesson: http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/Rhythm-Figures-Workout/
it´s very difficult to make it stand... I think It would be perfect sit in my chair but stand is the way to go for electric...
Good take All the elements were there so just work on making your movements more relaxed with both hands.. they are both a bit tense. Also, your left hand movements are quite large.. try and make them smaller if you can. This will encourage a more efficient technique which uses less energy.
Aside from Ben's advice, take care at your right hand it should be moving up and down as less as possible, but you are somehow wiggling it inside and out of the strings. That motion only slows you down, so try to get rid of it! The take can be taken to perfection with some more practice, mate! All the best!
I also think that you should try to relax your hands when you are playing. You also should adjust the movement of your right hand.. compare your right hand motion with Stephane in the same lesson and you'll note what I'm talking about.
Very good effort with this one! I think you did a great job, but still need to work on your picking hand as the guys said. Motion should be more up & down, without so much rotation. Try analyzing original, you will see, as Gab said.
I have to give you props on maintaining the strict alternate picking pattern on the right hand, while following the rhythm, that's the point of the lesson,
I agree with Ben, you should try to economise movement on the left hand a bit more
