Congrats on getting that amp! It makes sense since you're in a metal band and like the sound of that amp delivers!

I bet it can get loud! I wouldn't have room in my bedroom for that. I don't perform live either so I couldn't use something this big -----yet!

It's definitely made like EVH's type of amp, although there is a new EVH signature amp that really rocks, I've heard it in play and it's crazy. Have you tried it Zakk?

Good call The Marshall is a very fine head, but the Peavey will let you drive it harder. Great for Metal. Good choice!

I have played it Ivan and for my purposes the original Peavey is better. The EVH (Fender) 5150 III is a great amp though! It has 3 independent channels with a better clean tone, a nicer crunch and a high gain channel. Overall it sounds a bit less modern and brutal compared to the Peavey but it is more versatile! Fender?
