I found a pic of the make and model of the first guitar I ever owned, a Maton FyrByrd (FB 650). Alas, I sold it a long time ago ...... sad.gif
Notice the slide switches under each pickup which made it easy to select a pickup or combination of pickups. And the G, B and E tuning pegs which are set at 90 degrees to the other tuning pegs (very cool). And the Bigsby tremelo arm.
Sigh ..... I wonder where it is now?

I saw one on Ebay a while back going for $1500 (Aust). I don't want one that much, I've got a Telecaster and a Maton Tasman T3 that serve me well at the moment. But, if I win the lottery .....

Interesting model.

Seems like everyone who gets rid of his first guitar regrets it later on... which makes me think, because my first electric is currently at my local shop with a "for sale" tag on top of it.
