Record Tonelab Le

Hi,
I have a Tonelab Le and now it is time to start recording. My question is: how can I get the best results out of the Tonelab into may DAW, record via the optical S/P Dif or with analog outputs of the TLLE?? I want to buy a soundcard, and I want to know if have to look after one with optical S/P Dif or not...

Problem With My Pod X3l

Hallo guys! I have a problem... when I connect my Pod wtih my computer via usb, I use it as my soundcard. I connected my monitor speakers wiht the and so on. But after 10-20 minutes the pod give no more sound. The soundcard in the pod does not work any more. Can anybody help???
