I was talking to my friend earlier today, and was ready to kill him when I found out that he'd never heard of Jeff Buckley. I then found out that many of my friends had no clue who he was, so I was curious if anyone at GMC has heard of him.
His voice was amazing, and he was a great guitarist as well. Sadly, in 1997 he drowned, after releasing only one album. Jeff Buckley covering Hallelujah (Leonard Cohen), one of my favorite songs. Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah Here's a documentary for those that are really interested. Jeff's Documentary He really put all he had into his music. He's even caused me to stray from joining just another metal band, and trying to create something new that would stand out just like his. Any comments? |
