Help Needed With Pull Offs

Hello, i was wondering if anyone could help me with pull offs. sad.gif
I dont really know what to do when i see a pull off, do i just remove my fiver from the string so the lower string can be heard? do i pull down and strum it with my left hand finger as im pulling off??

i have looked threw the lessons and i cant seem to find one to explain how to pull off, so i was wondering if anyone can help me here? unsure.gif
