Hello GrindGuer,

We are continuing our work in July now! For your 1st assignment I have decided to assign you one of the Triads in a major scale lesson. Lets get to work straight away.

1st Assignment :
Triads in a major scale part 1 (root inversion)

- Check out Triads in a major scale part 1 lesson http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/Triads_in_Major_Scale_Series_Part_1/
- Use backing track provided bellow to record it
- Upload your work on Youtube and embed it here!

Deadline for this assignment is 12th of July!
If you complete this assignment before the deadline I will give you 2nd assignment before the deadline!!!

Hey Pedja,
I'm kind of proud of my Rec result. Thank you very much, that's really motivating !
So here is my take on your triads in major scale lesson. I've put it in the REC program http://www.guitarmasterclass.net/guitar_forum/index.php?showtopic=35871.
I'm gonna be on vacations next weeks. Do you think you could give me 2 assignments at a time. I'll try to work on it during these holidays and record it when I'm back.

This sounds good! You can go ahead and submit it for REC.
Since you will be on vacation I will assign you remaining 3 assignments for this month :

Hi Grindguer!

From two videos you posted, first one doesn't have any audio! Triads part 2 was great by the way. So what I will wait for is Triads in a song context with actual audio as well as another assignment (the one you mentioned it is uploading!).

Grindguer,

You did great with assignments. Your title for two videos was mixed (1st inversion was 2nd inversion and 2nd inversion was 1st inversion lesson ): ) Apart from that you got the whole thing down. Next time try to use more bass like sound, change pickup (use humbacker or brigde pickup instead of neck pickup etc).
I will close this thread now for GMC management purposes and will open new one with all the August assignments for you!
