Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hey Marc!

Nothing much to add - technically you nailed this nicely, but you should work on the interpretation a bit more, so that it will get that flow which Joe's version has - one thing that can improve that, would be the vibrato - you should let the note breathe a bit before vibrating it smile.gif Don't do it right away - notice how Joe does it. It's just a matter of experience so keep working hard and you'll get there for certain!

Hi mad! This is not a very technical lesson and the main idea here is to incorporate a this improvisation concept of avoiding the 4th. By the way your playing sounds balanced, with a good groove and dynamics. I have nothing else to add here. Keep on the hard work! wink.gif

Very nice take. Indeed everything seems to be clean (aside from a single notes that goes a bit out of tune). Like Cosmin said - now it's a matter of searching for the mood, flow etc. To be honest this is the hardest part and a bit over the lesson level - like Ben once said - matter of time, expirience etc because those things are pretty tough to explain and copy from the lesson author. This will come in the right time. By far really good job. Congrats! smile.gif
