Metronomes: one more thing

Nov 11 2006, 01:12 PM	GMC:er Posts: 92 Joined: 10-November 06 From: Down Under	gday again mates, about metronomes again ..........im also wondering do u always use a metronome for absolutely every lick riff or solo or song that u r practicing??......for example.....in the HOT BLUES section would u practice all the licks shown with a metronome AND if the lick/riff/solo that u may be practising contains say....quarter notes, eighth notes, triplets and sixteenth notes , for instance, would u use a metronome for that too....i could only imagine how that would be to do.....for me anyways any answer would be greatly appreciated, cheers mates \m/ You are at GuitarMasterClass.net Don't miss today's free lick. The only exceptions are 1) You have achieved perfect timing after decades of practicing and playing (please post a recordings of yours) 2) You are playing with a band/drum machine/recording 3) You are preparing an accapella solo with temposhifts in it - and you don't have a programmable metronome. Is it good enough to have the effect like a metronome , I mean you hear the music and see the tabs goes by . so I think your timing is correct after playing it 50 times .
