Clips will propably take some days because the videos need to be edited and stuff but I can propably get some pics up today!

We messed up parts quite a bit but as you guys said, the audience doesn't even realizes it! Our Drummer broke his snare during the first song and several sticks throughout the set, guitars were not in tune for the encore, I missed some parts because I couldn't hear the other guitarist on my monitor...

Somehow the tone tech didn't like us... We all had bad monitoring and the overall sound in the audience was very trebly and muddy -.-

Still we got a lot of praise for our first show!

its probably not that he didnt like you but that he didnt have a clue what he was doing! Everyone goes on about in-ear monitoring these days as it takes all the guesswork out of it but it seems quite expensive as well.

Sound guys are always idiots, they don't like anybody, or they just don't know what to do, that's why is super important to have a sound guy INSIDE the band, make it a member, it's like having a manager.

I agree, Adrian xD When I played at a concert in school, the sound guys weren't exactly helpful tongue.gif

yep, the only way to fix this is to get your own sound-technician. he will help you even if you haven't the chance to do a sound-check before the gig.

Cool pics man! You guys look like "the band" which is awesome!
Don't worry about those things you mentioned. Something is always bound to go wrong and that is all a valuable experience for later gigs...

Here is a little video of the gig:

I have a hughe HD video of the whole show with better audio and better songs but I can't really cut it or convert it to another data (it's an .mts file). Anyone know what program to use to convert and cut mts format?
