According to Wikipedia, Bucharest and Atlanta are sister cities. Sister cities are supposed to encourage trade between one another. So Todd, you can send Cosmin some chitlins, fatback, and bacon grease. Cosmin, you can send Todd a Romanian WASR AK-47... and send a Romanian cutie for me as well
