Hey everyone - I thought I should share my wonderful experience with all of you, as it felt more mind numbing than ever, even if I thought I kind of knew what was going on with this whole thing smile.gif but you know what they say - never say never biggrin.gif

Anyway, I decided to follow the compete modern vocal technique masterclass I've been organizing - in short I've been attending the classes myself. The BEST decision I ever made! PERIOD

The human body is such an extraordinary complex mechanism! The whole course is actually an anatomy lesson revolving around the internal organs which help us produce sounds - larynx, diaphragm, tongue, aryepiglotic sphyncter (the one you use when you want to imitate Bugs Bunny), back muscles, neck muscles, thyroid and cricoid carthylages and a few other things with some strange names tongue.gif

They can be used in various combinations in order to help us master the 6 main qualities of the human voice and that, my friends is what crystalized my vision on this matter! I knew about all these things but the way in which I perceived them this time was definitely the one who made the difference for me!

Check this out - an amazing journey showing us what's really going on inside there smile.gif

Have you seen that INCREDIBLE movement of the vocal chords? It looks like they are liquid! The white things are the vocal chords biggrin.gif

God incredibly designed our bodies just how He wanted them. Truly amazing. smile.gif I do believe that what we are seeing is only the frame rate of the camera speed. I think those vocal chords are actually vibrating very rapidly. ohmy.gif

Great that you are getting a lot out of this class, Cosmin. wink.gif

OMG that's crazy man, the difference between the positions for every note is tiny but at the same time makes such a different tone/mood, it's just incredible.
