I would suggest to try Ivan's pentatonic workshop level 1 https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/solo-guit...ming-exercises/ You can practice each video up to the timing pattern you feel comfortable playing. Don't worry about the patterns you cannot play. Speed will come in time, and actually the 16th triplets pattern is quite fast and hard to execute...
