There's moshing, and then there's this 'hardcore dancing'. The dancing is pretty dumb. However, moshing is pretty cool. Most mosh pits can contain themselves, I think thats the difference.

They do have a good cause, but I consider "hardcore dancing" or whatever and moshing as the same thing. I don't go to concerts to hit and jump into people.

As you shouldnt, But everyone once in awhile, I venture into a pit or wall of death or something and it would be nice to have it just be normal mosh pit, and not have some idiot doing roundhouse kicks and windmill flail punch things.
