Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi, here's a REC take for my MTP. It's a bit late, but I hope you'll grade it quickly nevertheless. smile.gif
I used an Ltd Mh-400 guitar, Cube 60 Amp and my girlfriend's pocket camera - thus the messy video, I hope it's gradeable all the same.
Original lesson can be found here.

I rush a bit in the end, because I was uncomfortable with that lick, hence the timing problems with the last couple of licks.

Thank you for watching and grading! smile.gif

All is well played. I don't notice any major drawbacks - all it takes some polishing of all techniques and you are there. Needs to be more tighter, and vibrato needs more precision, but you are there in essence. As said, just some polishing up smile.gif

Hi Kristian!

In my oppinion this is a very good take, nice vibratos, great bending, the overall is almost perfect. I would try and
play the same vibrato everywhere (don't get me wrong, it is great), and, as Ivan said, tighten the whole thing up just a bit.

Cheers

This is a really good take! Even the more difficult parts are also quite accurate, maybe your vibratos are not so perfect indeed. In my opinion you play it to fastly. Try to play slower vibratos! smile.gif
