Chapman Stick Guitar Tapping |

For those who don't know this is the instrument;
What got me curious was how comfortable it seems to do tapping and ho/po. I asked on a forum and got info that it was about the pickups (and a very high output). When checked, most uses EMG telecaster pickups! that was unexpected for me. They are usually housed in a preamp box and my guess is some eq'ing is also going on.
