Too, considered one of his best is Tender Surrender .. Not as good as For the Love of God but awesome too..

Great piece of music!

although the overture-part of the compostion with the horns and strings was a bit too conventional IMO ...

FTLOG and Tender Surrender are the loveliest pieces that Vai has written, I think. I played both on my first gig (a birthday party). I dive in another world when I play those songs...
